  • Our Solution

Leading with purpose in this landscape demands creativity, resilience, and a supportive community of peers. The Annapolis Women’s Social Impact Circle is a dedicated space for women leaders in the Annapolis nonprofit community to navigate these challenges with intention, clarity, and collective wisdom.

The inaugural cohort will comprise a carefully selected group of 8-10 Executive Director / CEO-level women nonprofit leaders serving Anne Arundel County.

Gatherings will be held at The Fount in downtown Annapolis, with thoughtfully designed conversations and peer-to-peer learning tailored to the specific challenges women social impact leaders face.
